'''A View Into the World of the Sarah'''

I'm back! You know you've been waiting to hear my exciting insights! These past two weeks haven't been all that exciting on the adventure front. To be honest, we're kind of a boring family. Sorry to disappoint you all, but our lives just don't really have that WOW factor.

Last week the main event was our car having that unfortunate accident. It's a pity that it decided to crash into a concrete pillar on Wednesday, because it meant that I had to take a bus to and from my math tutor's house. The replacement car we got was a bit of a joke; it felt kind of like a plastic toy, and can you believe it: The back windows were roll down ones! Like the kind with that little crank thing and you have spend an hour just winding up and down the stupid window. My dad told me not to complain, because, "My first car didn't have electronic windows!" I pointed out that we're living in the 21st century, and back "when he was a kid" nobody had postage stamp sized cell phones or laptops, either. There weren't even color TVs, imagine that. Well, I expect most of you ''can'' imagine it.

Anyway, then we got an actual nice car, a Mazda 3, but then the car repair dudes figured that we could do with our old tiny car again, and they returned it. Fun. Daddy, I think it's best if you avoid parking next to any tall cylindrical objects from now on, as it seems that they and your car have a bumpy relationship.

School...hmm...It could be going better, I suppose. I know my parents say: "We're very proud of you!" But as for me, I'm not exactly psyched about my 75 grade in math. I did, however, get a 91 on my major Tanach test, which was a bit of a relief. There's another one on Monday, so wish me luck! But this past Monday I had a huge math test, and I didn't do all that well (in my mind, anyway). I haven't got my grade back so I don't actually know what I got, but I ''can'' say this: I HATE MATH. I also hate the Bagruyot. I also hate grades in general. In fact, I think I can say that I hate school. Well, the academic part of it, anyway. It's weird how schools focus on learning, isn't it? I mean, relax, guys! Come on!

So that's why I can't wait for July! In...approximately one month and four days I shall be on a plane to America! I can't wait! But every time I mention it around my parents they roll their eyes and sigh--yes, I can see you rolling your eyes as you read this! Don't deny it, The Sarah knows all. I'll be in Seattle from July 3 through July 23, and it will be ''so much fun''. Yay. I also can't wait to move and leave this cockroach-ridden, dusty, broken-toileted house and move into a fresh, clean one. And my room won't be the size of an overheated matchbox. Plus I'll have a nice view.
