I’m inspired to write a “love letter” to my people:

You’ve endured unspeakable horrors these past two years; but you have endured and emerged stronger. Despite everything, you consistently rate as one of the happiest nations and most optimistic (as the birth-rate proves).

I ''apologize profusely'' to our youth; those I thought so involved in hedonism and nihilism that they were “useless”. You not only proved me completely wrong, your strength and courage in the face of inhuman enemies humble me profoundly.

To our detractors, enemies and “allies” alike: if you think Ben Gvir is an “extremist”, well, “boys, you ain’t seen nuthin’ yet”! The upcoming generations of leaders, who will emerge having fought like lions for two years, won’t give a single solitary shit what you think, what you “allow”, or anything else. They’ve been through Hell and emerged much harder than any prior generation. You’ve been warned.

We went to the hospital this week so I could undergo a CT scan, as requested by my gastro doctor. The result: I ''do indeed'' have kidney stones (one each side) and the ultrasound didn’t notice them because they’re on the small side. Next week I’ll talk to my GP and ask what, if anything, should (or could) be done about them. So far, though, I feel fine.
