In the modern world -- and especially in the Western nations -- "openness" to other religions is considered necessary, and even a very desirable trait. There are hundreds and thousands of Israeli youth who travel to India and other places, "to find themselves" and to seek out to know, what those Gentiles do, and what their religion is -- perhaps they will find the "truth" out there?

The absolute majority of these youths, do not know what the Torah demands at all. They were never interested in it, and were not educated, and therefore they travel to distant lands in order to find the answer to the question "who am I". And this is a true Israeli tragedy.

Because it is incumbent upon us -- every God fearing Jew -- to educate these sons and daughters so they are not attracted to the vanity and lies which will find them. To prevent this terrible loss, and to strengthen our people. And likewise it is incumbent upon us to attract them with pleasantness and a cheerful countenance, lest we witness their downfall in Gentile lands.

 Now in our Land, as usual, there is tension between the "National Religious" and the "Chareidi", and between the "Sephardi" and the "Ashkenazi".  The Torah tells us there are no such differences -- and if we persist on this path, God forbid!, we will not succeed -- neither to keep our inheritance, nor even to survive, Heaven help us.  Our enemies are happy to see us fighting amongst ourselves -- and they are afraid when we are united!
