Saute lamb, take out lamb and saute onions and garlic. Add cut tomato and (fresh) fava beans, add lamb back add a bit of water, salt and peppers and cook at least 45 minutes.
This is an excellent shabbat hamin, since it gets much better the longer it cooks.
