וְהַיָּמִים, אֲשֶׁר מָלַךְ דָּוִד עַל-יִשְׂרָאֵל, אַרְבָּעִים, שָׁנָה: בְּחֶבְרוֹן מָלַךְ, שֶׁבַע שָׁנִים, וּבִירוּשָׁלִַם מָלַךְ, שְׁלֹשִׁים וְשָׁלֹשׁ שָׁנִים (מלכים א ב:יא)

English

And the days that David reigned over Israel were forty years: seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem (Kings I 2:11)
