וַיְהִי-לוֹ מִקְנֵה-צֹאן וּמִקְנֵה בָקָר, וַעֲבֻדָּה רַבָּה; וַיְקַנְאוּ אֹתוֹ, פְּלִשְׁתִּים  (בראשית כו:יד)

מַה-שֶּׁהָיָה, הוּא שֶׁיִּהְיֶה, וּמַה-שֶּׁנַּעֲשָׂה, הוּא שֶׁיֵּעָשֶׂה; וְאֵין כָּל-חָדָשׁ, תַּחַת הַשָּׁמֶשׁ  (קהלת א:ט)

English

And he had possessions of flocks, and possessions of herds, and a great household; and the Philistines envied him  (Gen 26:14)

That which hath been is that which shall be, and that which hath been done is that which shall be done; and there is nothing new under the sun  (Ecc 1:9)
