Contents

There is a variety of information on this site; some it relates to my professional interests and experience, and some of it is more personal in nature. If you click on a link and are not allowed to read the contents, don't be offended! Some of the pages are not publically viewable, that's all.

If you would like to get a good overview of Ron's abilities and experience, take a look at his resumé. You can also view Ron's profile on LinkedIn

Projects I'm involved in

I have a wide variety of interests and projects. Some of them are represented on this site:

Reva
Reva is a free, fast and small version of the venerable Forth programming language. It was written and is maintained and developed by Ron. Running on both Linux and Windows, it is an answer to the heavily bloated development tools used by most of the industry.
Mishne Torah
The complete restatement of Jewish "Oral Law", written by Maimonides. I am actively working on a ron:mtr project to translate the Mishne Torah to various languages. You might also want the best online version of Mishne Torah, or the best printed edition, or perhaps you are looking for the "Living by the Rambam" discussion forum.
Various programming projects
Some may be interesting to others.
Various topics in Judaism
Some Torah discussions or concepts

Contacting me

I try to make it easy to contact me. My email address is "ron@ronware.org". However, the hosting service I am using has some draconian anti-spam measures in place, and some mail does not get through. In the event you have tried to send me email but failed, please try the alternate "rambamist (at) gmail (dot) com" (make the appropriate substitutions, of course).

You cannot email me any "executable" files; for example, no "exe" or "com" or "pif" files. If you must send me such files, put them in a "ZIP" file first. If you don't know how to do that, send me an email asking how and I will inform you.

Public Key

If you want to verify my GPG signature then you'll need my public key. You will also need it if you want to send me an encrypted message or file. It would also be advisable to encrypt anything of a personal nature, as email is plain-text and therefore visible to anyone who cares to look. If you value private communication, please encrypt your messages to me. The fingerprint is:
