Therefore was man created solitary in the world, to teach that one who destroys one life, is as if he destroyed an entire world (Mishna Sanhedrin 4:5)
Our Sages of blessed memory learned that since we are all descendants of the first man (Adam), we are all equal regarding loss of life. And that anyone who kills a person -- is as if he destroyed a world and all it contains. Since this applies to all humans, Gentiles as well as Jews, it is counted as one of the "Seven Noahide Laws". That is to say, according to Torah, Gentiles are also commanded not to kill a person (not because of "Do not kill", which is a commandment only for the Jews).
Yesterday a thirteen year old boy was cruelly murdered by an Arab terrorist. According to the Torah, the punishment that Arab deserves for the murder is death by their court. And in a place where they don't have a court, we are commanded to establish a court for them, which will render judgement according to the commandments of the Noahide Laws. All this only applies, however, at a time when we accept "resident aliens", which is during a time when the "jubilee year" is in effect, which is when all Jews live in the Land.
But now, when we don't accept "resident aliens" and the Arabs do not render justice according to the Torah, we must expel them from our Land so that we do not end up having to wage complete war against them and utterly destroy them because of their unending enmity towards us. As long as we allow them to remain in our Land, we raise in them false hope that they will conquer us -- and this is cruelty on our part. Because the Holy One, blessed is He, promised us that we will return us to our Land and we will rule it entirely; and that which He promised, may He be blessed, He will keep. May it be His will to fulfill His promise to us very soon!
