Recipes/Humble Radish Salad

(Translated from the Hebrew with some modification; recipe by Phyllis Glazer's "חגיגה צמחונית")

  • 1 C chopped or shredded radish
  • 1 small hot red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 C frozen peas
  • 1/4-1/2 C whole cashews (optional)
  • 1/2 chopped raw green beans (optional)
  • 3/4 C coarsely chopped cucumber

Mix ingredients. Add "Soy & Tehina" dressing or "Tehina Salad" dressing, to taste, and mix well.

Put in the fridge and serve cold.
